Which painkiller do you have? Naproxen works fine. Did she give any guidelines? You can call the practice and ask for advice. Here they advice to wash the mouth with salt water. Doesn't hurt as much as you think and it keeps the mouth clean. An infection is worse. Big huggggsss I hope you get well soon. Awwww… it hurts…
