Pasar Malam

Went to a pasar malam (bazaar? night market?) to buy bubur chacha then thought I’d take some photos for you to see. :P

Sorry, photo quality not really good. Took with my phone camera bah. *teehee*

Not too crowded yet. Some stalls just started putting up their stuff.

A man selling oranges and papayas.

Cookies anyone?

My fav stall. I love their Peppermint Bubble Tea.
P/S I don’t read Chinese btw..

Some plants for sale.

Wahlau got cheap bras too! Wahahahaha!

Good thing about pasar malam is their cheap stuff…

Eh, not really…

OK lah, that’s all the photos I took. I’m too lazy to take photos today actually. :P
Maybe next time ya?

Hello Cin. I loved the pics of the “bazar” (we call those like that in Mexico) or “mercado sobre ruedas” (on wheels market) or “tianguis”. But here in the U.S. those are called “farmer’s markets”, as different farmers go and sell their nice stuff and products.

    The plants look beautiful.

Thanks for visiting my blog once again. Keep posting pics. I’s a crazy fanatic of pics and I like this way of sharing a little bit more of our places of origin, countries, etc.

Hugs and will be visiting again soon.

Take care and hope you the best for this new year 2007.

    Your Mexican friend,

    Gabriela. :)

    Like the photos.

Here a pasar malam is held inside, in a huge hall.
It’s more of an asian festivity, with singers, clothingshows and such.

There isn’t much cheap to get.

I haven’t been there for some years.

But in the meantime I went to an indonesian market.
Bought some great bracelets for almost nothing.
Hmm, now I think of it: that’s 2 or 3 years ago.

    I like the streetmarkets…
