But my makeup brushes, they need cleanings! AAAAHHHH! I can’t go to sleep knowing I have brushes and sponges that needs cleaning. I’m a very hygienic makeup artist. My makeup tools are always clean & fresh. My makeups are always neatly arranged in the traincase. If you need makeup service or a makeover, ask me. I’ll give you very good price. (Well, depends. If I like you, you get free makeovers. LOL) OK, should stop now. I’m tired. My eyeballs are popping out of the socket soon. Will die if I don’t stop blogging already. Goodbye!

I’ve never been to a make-up artist before, but I’ve been to a hairdresser whose staff dropped a comb onto the floor, picked it up and used it to comb a client’s hair.
And I was like, AARGGHH..

Yes, Erin. People can spread infections through the makeup brushes, ESPECIALLY if they have problem skin.. like acne or pimples. Never heard it actually happen from my other makeup artist friends, but it’s better to be cautious.
Besides, which client would want to use a soiled brush on their face? :eek:

You reminded me I have to buy some brushes! I bought a new blush and I am swaping the old one and the new one depending on the weather and my skin color ( if it is more or less tanned ) so I need to buy a new brush.
Plus I also need some others for my new eye shadows etc.
