So far, i haven't found any hotel that really good with their customer handling. I usually informed their supervisor afterward. Do not want to complain earlier..nanti makanan kena taruh ludah susah jugakan... LOL about the baby or kid not suppose to be in any formal event or function. no comment. :Y Hmmm…. bad staff, eh? it happen all the time for me. I was standing next to a table ( full of little eggs with spanish ham Mmmmm ! lol ) and a waitress, with a tray full of glasses of champagne, lost the control, the tray fell and PLAAASSHHH ! all the champagne in my dress!!! xDDDDDDDDDDDDDD I only went to the hand-drier and sorted it out. But as you mentioned, I think staff must be well-trained, especially if they work in a good place where there is an image and a quality to show and to conserve. About kids, these kind of places should have like a small kindergarten for the little ones to be taken care of and let the parents ( AND THE REST OF THE ATTENDANTS!!! ) enjoy the celebration. :yes: lol

Well, I’m not impressed by stars either.
My sister had her weddingdiner at a posh restaurant.
I ordered mineral water and they just tapped it…LOL!
Well, we have very good water in out town…but no bubbles.
So I ordered a bottle instead… they handled it well.
For the rest the food was not special…. except for the small portions.
We went for frites when we went home. LOL!
