My VMI Card have NOT arrived to this day and after emailing Millie and inquiring UPS, this is what I got:
The package was sent to my OLD ADDRESS in Kota Kinabalu in Tmn Sinar Baru, Jln Kenawai which NOBODY stays in anymore! That old house is SOLD!
I f*cking sent her my KUALA LUMPUR address CLEARLY in my email to her and I have no idea HOW and WHERE she got my address to that Tmn Sinar Baru? What the f*ck??? Don’t she read my email to her at all? The postal address is THERE lah, tak nampak ka? Buta ka??
I called up UPS headquarters in KL and they told me the package is in KK right now so I have to deal with NATION WIDE Express Instead. FARK! I tried calling Nationwide Express like so many times yet NOBODY is answering the call! It’s only 8:00 in the morning. Where’s every single human being in that office? Went breakfast? Too lazy to pick up the phone?

I’ve contacted both UPS & Nationwide Express odi.
They should be re-routing it to KL soon (like how soon I dunno lah)..

Managed to call them and informed about my new address.
