I don’t know about ya’ll, but eating breakfast in the morning made me feel FAT.
I was feeling hungry at 6:00 this morning, so I fried an egg for myself and I had a bit of the leftover ginger chicken + rice (my dinner that I hardly touch).
Now here I am, sitting on the bed, typing on this Notebook feeling bloated!

i don’t ever eat breakfast. but I have made bad breakfast decisions.

breakfast is the most important meal of the day. skip breakfast & there’a a tendency to binge the whole day, thus making the chances of gaining weight higher. sorry, didn’t mean to preach..

Erin, I don’t normally eat breakfast too!
It’s not that I plan to skip breakfast, justme.. but normally I would be sleeping in the morning and only wake up by noon for lunch.
But thanks for the advice! No wonder it’s so hard for me to lose some weight. Haha!

sweetie, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here, we rae have a saying that says: ” have breakfast as a king, have lunch like a princep and have dinner like a beggar ” got it ?

yeah, i get it.. for me, it’s not like i purposely skip breakfast.. i just always miss it! not a morning person!
but whenever i do wake up early, i always make it a point to have b’fast! i think it’s not the b’fast that’s making u feel fat, cindy.. maybe it’s the guilt of eating, especially when on diet! at least that’s how i feel all the time~!
