Ya know, just because you’re the ONLY Internet service provider we have in our country doesn’t mean that you have to give us such BAD, no, the term should be WORSE service. We paid ya every month to give us an Internet Connection (and a fast one!) so we expect to receive a good service from you. We don’t pay, you cut our service.. we pay, you give us bad service. Is that really fair? By right, we shouldn’t pay a single cent if the service is bad. Just like how I don’t tip much to the waitress that gave me such bad service at the diner.
Calling your customer service for report you say? Ahhh.. such a waste of time and energy. Aren’t you sick of our voices on the phone yet? Do we get a better Internet connection after those calls? You should know better.

A lot of people I know are still using 56k line as well. But there’s not much difference as compared to Screamyx users; they’re more or less the same speed! So frustrating!

I doesn’t blame you: this kind of companies put the phone voice one and says: “if you wanna go here, press 1, if you wanna that language press2, blablabla ” which is completely shit because you spend more than a life in the phone and lots of dollars on complaining what for ? “ok miss, will open you an incidents document and you’ll have it solved in less than 48 hours” which are 48 and not less!!!!

this is certainly malaysian style service… so long as this is malaysia…. things will always remain this way… unless some foreign firm take over. we are so damn far behind already in terms of internet speed!

Don’t wait up for WiMax…it took them 7 yrs for 3G..and it’s still as slow as 384kbps..and alot of places…not even a decent cellphone reception.
If they upp the Streamyx as how Singapore is.. 104Mbps that is…then we have no need for WiMax or anything else…
but..having said that…being in Technical Support… 82% of the fault lies at the user end…not the TM End… due to poor line quality and things like extension lines etc. These play alot of part in the hassle..and if you want a good connection..ditch that AZTECH MODEM!!!

PS: pple complain cos they wanna P2P file share..that’s why..and it’s been blocked etc. So..not TM fault cos these idiots install stuff that are illegal!
