Can someone teach me how to cook crabs? Or a link to a crab cooking recipe?

I’m sooo craving for crabs right now.. but I do not know how to cook one. I’ve never cooked crabs before!!

so many ways to cook crab. Curry style, ‘Basungan’ style-normally they called it masak APAM.
APAM > Kunyit+halia+asam jawa (or asam keping)+ garam+ajinomoto (basic ingridients). Air ngam2 atas ketam. macam masak nasi… rasa secukup rasa… chewah.. now i become a chef.
But for me, the challenge is, HOW TO CLEAN the crab. If bought from unknown market and seller, then buang perut habis, buang insang, belah dua… cuci bersih2… hehe…

Actually u cook crab just like u fry veggy! But u fry longer with hotter wok! U can fry ur crab with egg with ginger or use salted egg with ginger!Actually cooking done by gf!She like to eat crab while I like to see her eating crab! Have a nice day!

my mistake , i didnt read ur hate list , u hate spicy food!but u can change the recipe,only use tomato sauce and chili sauce, skip the cili padi..thats all..

Cindy I know how to cook crabs but we cook it in Sri Lankan style…HOT n SPICY
Im sur eu dun wanna cook it that way??

The easiest way is just to cook them in boiling water, put salt and pepper. LOL

Simplest but delicious (By the way which ketam are u talking about ah? Ketam Curi(Suri) or ketam bakau? the itam one)
i don’t ketam suri one but if it is ketam bakau then do like this.
Prepare, ginger,garlic and red onion slice them (ginger the more the marrier)
so buy Tomato souce.
now goreng all the bawang bawang…after that..throw in ur ketam…
put garam,MSG and the souce…secukup rasa..
then it should taste nice, you don’t have to chef to cook ketam lols..

Oh crap.
I always buy it prepared…
Just cooked with a little salt and pepper and soft buttery mayonaise or a tiny pinch od mustard.
