Update: Such a lovely month it is. Right after posting the angry post, the owner of the nutrition company (who happens to be a Malaysian celebrity) sent me an apology email. Then, a lady staff of the company called to apologize too and promised to have the product delivered either tomorrow or Saturday.
Well.. we’ll see..
I am very, very pissed at this certain Malaysian company that sells nutrition products online. Remember my previous post last Tuesday about how I had to stay awake, waiting for the package? Yeah.. I’m talking about that.
They pissed me up so bad I wanna scream and use vulgarity towards them.
BUT
This is the month of Advent. It’s supposed to be a month filled with peace and joy.
They have until tomorrow night. If I don’t get any calls or email from them regarding my product, I will reveal their name in this blog and explain WHY I am so pissed with their shitty customer service. >:(
Teruknya the customer service… you should get the products for free or at least given some discounts.
They shouldn’t have called if they couldn’t deliver
