As Ronan Keating put it, life is like a rollercoaster..so accept that there will always be ups and downs...its up to us how we handle it...but to me if you feel down and feel like crying, please go ahead and cry. You'll feel much better after that then trying to hide it deep inside you. Bikin sakit jiwa ja tu gitu kan :P But you know what, I think having ups and downs in our life actually spice up our life which we can all learn from too...and also like a good fren of mine once said, life is like a cycle...when you have bad time you know that the good time is coming and then the cycle begins again...she believe in this so that she is ready to face any challenges or bad things that may come her way...hmmm...i wonder if I talk any sense here...
