The other day, I send a pic of me to my brother’s phone. I included the text “Kurus already me, kan? :-P” He replied, “You Photoshopped it?”

Of course not. And to prove my honesty, I challenged him on a weight-loss competition.
“Let’s compete. See who can lose weight the most by Christmas.”
“Game on!”
Ever since I gained 10kg, I have been trying to shed the weight off as much as I can - possibly before Christmas. And of course, I have been avoiding meeting with friends (especially old friends) because I didn’t want them to have a shock of their life seeing me in a much fuller version. Wouldn’t be nice hearing people say, “Wow, how much you’ve grown!” no?
But I guess I can never avoid anyone for long. Last Monday, I accidentally bumped into an old friend.
“Could you not make any movement for a while? I wanna take a look at you!”
“Bigger, right?” I smirked.
He paused for what feels like an eternity before saying,
“Oh no. No change at all. Still the same ole, same ole.”

Heh. I hope he’s being honest, because that definitely made my day. I can finally say that I AM losing weight. And I am winning my brother. No more eating fruits-only for the rest of my life. Ha! Ha! Ha!
Small Talk: I really should try to lose at least 20kg.. mana lah tau tahun depan kahwin.. I can wear those sexy bridal lingerie! LOL!

Hey Cin!! I need to lose some 15kgs myself! You think we can lose all this weight by Christmas? Alamak.. got Hari Raya coming soon.. and I always don’t even lose weight during puasa month.
If I manage to lose 15 kgs, I’ll reward myself to vacay.. if not, then bye bye vacay! Maybe then I will have motivation, kan??
Wow, when is Raya? At least I know I still have 4 months more to go before Christmas. Ha! Ha! Ha!
Vacation after losing weight? Wow, that’s a good motivation! Maybe I should try it too.

I’ve been having this seesaw fight with my weight for as long as I can remember. Sometimes bulat, sometimes not so bulat … LOL!
But my giving up on rice the past months have help quite a bit, now I’m in my not so bulat mode … hahaha …
Hey, totally give up on rice is another good way of losing weight. Slow but it works — I have a relative who totally stop taking rice. She was as huge as an elephant once, now she’s skinny as a giraffe.

I’m also like a yoyo, skijap kurus skijap gemuk!! Tapi bikin tension cuz the kurus period slalu lebih skijap than the gemuk period. And whenever I meet my friends, they always see me at my gemuk period!! IShhh!!
But anyways, good for you cin! Hoorayyy!
Same la.. but I think I’m on the worse side. I’ve always been on the gemuk period. :-P

sia baca on some forum kan ,people who tried the menu betul2 lose weight , 3KG in 3 days,sound good to be true?strict bah ni menu, cannot change2 kalau tia,tidak kurang…u go try and kasi kalah si kay!heheh
3kgs in 3 days?! That sounded like a crash diet where you lose water instead of fats in your body. :-P Eh, you try first la.. if it works, then maybe I’ll try too! :-)

its easy to gain 10kg but diff to lose them all and u have done it so congrats! so how did u do it? really eat fruits only? i cannot la go for such diet, sure make me miserable coz i love eating food.. how?
I didn’t do anything la, sweetie.. Just a piece of broken heart, deep depression and the will to not eat. Ha! Ha! Ha! *kidding*

my diet plan..
OATS, fruits and veggie..
Monday to Friday NO RICE at all..
Saturday n Sunday eat a small portion of rice.. hehehe…
Drink alot of water.. hehehe…

Raya is on the 1st/2nd October, so Shemah terpaksalah berabis kalau mau kurus hihihii… same here, I need to lose 10kg too! Gila punya susah mau lose weight… time puasa pun paling² lost weight the most 2kg ja..sandi bos!
