It’s been long since I had a 9 to 5 (or in the case of my new job, a 9 to 6) that I had completely forgotten how it’s like. Apparently, I had to wake up to the annoying alarm sound every morning? Taking cold shower in the morning? Brush my teeth with my eyes closed? Dressing up like a grown woman? Putting on makeup? And all that has to happen before I even get to the best part: the work
I also have to kiss my fiancé goodbye.
Of course, he fetches me to work everyday. It’s a pain to see him waking up as early as me when he only starts work at noon. But I guess that’s what you call love. Waking up early in the morning to fetch your loved one. It’s also good for the relationship, because it keeps my grumbles at bay since I do not have to walk or board the public transport.
But I love working.
I get money by end of the month. I get to spend my money on necessary and unnecessary things. In fact, I’m thinking of getting a matouk soon, if deemed necessary, of course.
Like my fiancĂ© once said, ‘Isn’t it nice? Going off to work everyday and getting paid for it by the month’s end?’

so sweet…lucky you to have such a fiance.
Hehehehe, thank you. I always see myself as one of the luckiest person. :-)
