I sure own PLENTY of apologies to a lot of people since one of my best personality traits is offending others without even knowing I did. So, today I’d like to apologize to my two favorite plants:
Plant 1

This is among the first plant my fiancé and I purchased together. (You know how in-love couples have this our first car together, our first vacation, our first cat, our first garbage etc) It has withstand almost 2 years of abandonment, poor potting and malnutrition because we kept it somewhere where we tend to forget it even existed.
I’m so sorry, dear cacti, for ever forgetting to give you proper pot and watering system. I know how much you’ve starved during your few years stay with us that if you were a human, you would consider getting yourself a social security disability healthcare.
Plant 2

Those aloe vera came into my apartment single, alone and lonely. It was a gift from my mom who wanted us to have some green at home so we’d have a decent supply of oxygen (I made that up, of course). Less than a year later, the aloe vera managed to outgrow the small pot provided to it and built a large family that made Jon & Kate looked like a mini.
Those aloe vera too, withstand abandonment and loneliness in that little red pot.
Oh dearies, I promise I’d buy you guys new pots before the month’s end. I’ll include some brand new black soils as well so as to keep you alive. I’m also sorry that your neighbor – si macau – died last month from excessive fertilizer. (It wasn’t me. It was my fiancĂ© who did it!) I promise I will take care of you from today onwards.
Thank you for supplying us some oxygen.

LOL!
anyways, the cactus macam ulat bulu oh
Actually, aku pun kureng senang mau beli tu cactus tu dulu. But si Jaya la yang beriya-iya mau. Macam ulat bulu kan?

Massy, itu masih ok lagi tu. I once own one cactus yg satu batang panjang saja but got whitish fur-like coating the top of it. Betul2 macam yg itu…hahaha
I no longer jaga cacti cos somehow after my 2nd failed pregnancy, ada this one auntie went and say things superstitious about me keeping thorny cacti and my unfortunate pregnancy. I wasnt really bothered about it at first tapi dunno why suddenly one day, bila i saw all my cacti plants, terus hati jadi sedih terkenang those sad2 things.
ok THAT cacti I want to have! lol
i’ve never heard about that superstitious, but come to think of it.. a cacti that has a shape of ‘that thang’ and ‘thorny’.. hmm.. mungkin betul jugak oh cakap tu auntie.

Boleh boleh even if you sort of ignored your plants, they still look very healthy and membiak dengan banyaknya.. Kalau saya, macam mana saya jaga bagus bagus pun mati juga. So I decided, kalau saya mau plant, I will just rent them.
wahhh rent?!! next time i manage to grow beautiful plants, i rent to you ya? :-P

hahahaha.. vogok…. lama ndak pi blog hopping.. trus dpt vogok.. I LIKE IT!!!
anyway, those aloe plant looks so healthy!!!
but whenever possible, as a fengshui believer of me, do not keep indoor. anything with torns are not good. most choose cactus becoz they easy to take care.. i like them too.. got many at my mother’s house but after influence by fengshui, i don’t keep them anymore. i replace them with big green leaves kind of plant. especially for me with kids.
but its up to you. if u have good feeling with them… no problem. they look quite healthy and green.. thats important
Oh PATUTLAH tidak pandai kena-kena my 4D! Aku ada 1 more cacti sana dapur tu. Nanti i put outside, suruh tunangku. Sometimes ada cicak bah bertenggek sana tu pasu dia..
