Lately I’ve been a wee bit out of control – not in the Girls Gone Wild sense, but in other sense. Literally.
But guess what I can control?
My ASS is what.
I get to decide whether it gets smaller or bigger. I get to decide whether it could fit into my old skinny jeans or let it join the Biggest Loser Asia and let Kristy Curtis kick it sideways.

I’ve been running. I’m still trying to run. My goal is really simple. I want to run an hour straight..but right now, I can last about seven or eight minutes before my lungs give up. But I’m determined to try until I succeed.
Which means I had to reward myself every time I beat my previous record. Maybe buy myself the best sunflowers to add into my plants collection. Yes, that should be the reward for the time being. The longer I run, the more plants I’ll have and the prettier my balcony becomes. Who knows come Christmas, I’ll have a kick ass body like Jillian Michaels – then I’d have to buy better gift for myself. A total makeover maybe.
Oh so exciting!

btw ada stretching ka? I would stretch my legs a bit and do 1 round walk around Likas jogging area then start jogging. If not sakit tu kaki.
Kasi biasa. Now I run everyday 30 mins is enough, long runs on weekends. I think the time when I went all crazy was when I manage to run 10 rounds in 2 hours or so. In the rain. Sajuk oh. I think I’d prefer to run sajuk sajuk dari time panas. XD
Btw, you start slowly and gradually increase your pace + duration. Pandai biasa tu ur lungs nanti.
Ada juga stretch sikit before I start to jog. I walk keliling tu taman first before berjogging. Actually yesterday I jogged in the rain. Mula-mula macam langit cerah, manatau halfway berjogging, hujan pulak! Hujan panas lagi tu.
I shall start slowly and surely. Nanti sudah hebat, kita boleh jogging sama-sama. lol

Yeah that happens. XD sometimes mendung pun x ujan, I took some photos today for u. Nanti aku blogpost it okeh XD and sure lets jog together. Sometimes my bro dun jog with me, hence why I jog alone. antam jak.
Huh… bisuk rain or shine, I will go jogging jugak!

Ko tau Cindy…sia punya “ass” pun macam makin membesar..OMG!! Mari kita p jogging sama2..my weight pun macam naik berabis sudah nie…uwahhhh!!!!!
Bah, marilah turun sini. Kita jogging sama-sama! Buntut ku makin bulat sudah ni. lol
