Ever since I got back to tanah Semenanjung, I’ve been really, really busy.

And I HATE IT.

I miss waking up late, knowing that breakfast or lunch will be waiting for me on the table. I miss making plans for the afternoon with my family. I miss taking our pet dog, Girly to the beach and laugh as she runs away from the incoming waves.

I miss all that.

Life in the big city in the ‘working class’ is just so laden with excess baggage that sometimes I think I’d be better off going back to school and get me an information technology degree or something.

The truth is when I’m sitting alone at a corner, I think of leaving everything behind and go live a humble life back home in Sabah.

Maybe I’ll just do that someday.

Yes. I’m still using a Christmas theme for my blog because I refuse to accept the fact that we’re in the month of January and that I’m back in tanah Semenanjung already. :-(

So here I am, back in Kuala Lumpur. No more Christmas themes at the malls, only Chinese New Year decos and music. No more Christmas sales or Christmas Best Buy – only Chinese New Year sale. In fact, I am planning to get a few red clothes for myself too. Ha ha!

By the way, I got my first sakit of the year yesterday. Got food poisoning. Silaka betul. Now I can never see ngiu chap (beef noodle) the same way again.

Well gotta stop. Need to write in my Diary. That’s my New Year’s resolution. To own a diary again and write like a school girl. :-)

It’s my last day at my parents’ home today. Will be flying back to the city of concretes tomorrow.. *sigh* Time flies way faster when you’re not counting the days. My heart feels really, really heavy for the past 4 days, thinking of the day I leave this house again. How I wish I just don’t have to leave. Or how I wish that I live close by that I can come back home whenever I want to.

It’s so hard to pack my stuff, like packing a whole load of medical computer carts. Just about a fortnight ago, I was packing my stuff excitedly. Tonight, I’ll be packing with a heavy heart. But anyway, life goes on.

Tomorrow, I’ll be sleeping on my other bed. :-(

Just got my ole-ole from Jaya’s niece who just got back from her long studies in UK – and I’m all excited about it!

Of course, when I got the bag, I knew it’s a Union Jack tee inside because I requested it personally from her. LOL. But the most exciting part was to see the size of the tee on the label. It stated XS. Hahahaha! I feel like a slim woman once again! And oh, the tee bag comes with the shop’s website URL as well. Looks like I can buy another Union Jack tee online from them (at the same time I’m promoting green shopping bah this) for Jaya. He’s so green with envy that I got a tee while he got a Beatles original Abbey Road poster. Aww, baby.. your poster costs more than my baju bah. :-P

But then again, I get to wear the shirt while he gets to hang the poster on the wall. Muahahaha!
