Hello people! Just wanna post a quick shout out about my latest blog design:

Blog design was made for Ling, a mother of 2 cute daughters – one has a similar name to my “internet name” which is Ethel. *hee* It was such a pleasure working with Ling and I’m glad the design is finally up and running and I can move on to my next project: another blog design! lol

(Ini macam baik punya project tiap bulan, boleh lah aku pergi melancong ambik Outer Banks vacation rentals ni.. muahahaha!) :-P

Anyway, here’s wishing everyone a better weather since it’s really hot this afternoon!

Finally.. after 2 years of complaints from my mom (lol) to add my little sis’ photo to the family blog, I finally did it. And not only did I add her face unto the blog header, I’ve also given the blog a whole new look!

Tadaaaaaa!

To tell you the truth, the blog design is not 100% done. There’s still a lot of work to do on it, especially the sidebar part. In fact, I’ve been working on the sidebar for the past 4 hours! T____T It is SO frustrating when some codings doesn’t work as it should be.. Maybe the next time I plan to work on another blog design, I shall get some insurance quotes first, just to be safe….

Well.. going back to the family blog to work on it. Again.

Another project done… Yay!

This time for the lovely Nicole of Les Mémoires de La Déesse.

Nicole wanted something that would represent her life and her love for all things beautiful and exquisite ..and this was what I came up for her. I am so glad she loved my work! :-D

Looks like my Siberian Husky Fund is filling up faster. Perhaps soon I could even invest on the top acne treatment as well – not that I need one, but just for the fun of it. lol

I know that it is important to get enough sleep. Research proves that people who do not get enough sleep at night are drowsy during the day and are more likely to fall asleep at the traffic lights or when doing romantic things like watching the movie with their loved ones. (Ahem!) And let’s not forget the grumpiness and mood swings that comes with it.

So I was saying, sleeping is important and this point was reinforced on me today. I was out with my girl friend last night that by the time I was home, my fiancé was already sound asleep and the clock was pointing at 3AM. My fiancé woke up and we chatted (because I went out before he got back home and the last time I saw him was in the morning before he left for work and because I miss him! duh!) till 5AM. By the time we doze off, it was close to 6. Poor guy got up at 9AM and was late for work 9 minutes.

As I was saying once again, sleep is important. I couldn’t get out of bed till 1PM today. By the time I turn my notebook on to work on my assignments and web design work, I couldn’t concentrate. I couldn’t even spell ‘image’ let alone ‘extenze‘.

*deep sigh*

It’s almost 6PM now and I still couldn’t concentrate on my work. Maybe I’ll put this off till tomorrow. I don’t want to sacrifice my passion for perfection in doing my job so I guess tomorrow will be the best time to continue. And ohhh would you look at the clock. It’s ticking without pausing. Fiancé’s coming home soon and I gotta prepare the vegetables and meat for him to cook.

By the way, people. He’s the chef. I’m the assistant. We’ve made that pact since the first day we were together. lol
